It was fresh water. so I sprayed fan motor with wd40 turns free.. HELP!!!!
If you've gotten something wet and it's tripping a circuit breaker...AND you don't know how to address it - then, for YOUR OWN SAFETY, CALL A SERVICE COMPANY.
What kind of a machine are we talking about here? How long was it under water? Make and model would help.
The unit watt fan motor will not trip a breaker.
Any time electrical equipment get's submerged, Water penetrates quite deeply. Even fresh water is conductive. All effected electrical components, machines should have power secured untill the equipment is dryed, Baked out, and tested with a megger for shorts. If insulation test fail it requires a rebake. To power up anything without these steps is dangerous and can burn out equipment.
A refrigeration Compressor if hermetic is sealed, but the start components and capacitor will be history. As well as the overload. (the bimetal disc is easy to corrode. It may work, but will be out of spec.) The refrigeration condenser fan motor if a unit watt motor (most are) will have water in the bearing and oil wick. This is non-serviceable and should be replaced.
So like Ectofix say's a service company with the right equipment would be a good bet. Besides, you need a EPA license to service it.
