Interesting that you have a ice problem. Seen it many times on walk ins. Not so much on reach ins. First, check the doors for straightness and that the gaskets are good. Also if the hinges are aligned and closing. Then check the air valve to make sure it isn't stuck open. Found in the back. Now you can check the heaters. Both door faces should feel the same temp. If you are experiencing ice on one door only, that is a good indication that heater is not working. However if both doors are icing, it may be in the wiring supply.
The cabinet breakers just snap on. Look at this picture and blow it up by clicking on it. Breaker
Find the thick side and lift it up. You may have to pry off the corner first. Then it has to slide off the other edge.
