Looking for technical service manual for middleby / CTX HB-6 and/or service codes for trouble shooting

I am trying to trouble shoot a CTX / Middleby HB-6 over and can not find my technical service manual. I am looking for the service codes to enter when looking for a failing thermocouple.

FYI: Per CTX's website, there is no service manual for the HB-6.
