is there a specific way to remove doors on a beverage air mt45? any videos?
Not knowing if you have swing or roller doors, Solid or glass. That is a bit hard to answer. But sinse it is a 45, not a 49 I'll assume a sliding door.
With sliding doors, one takes the outer door mid travel, grabs both sides, lifts straight up and pulls the bottom out enough to lower out of the top track. You do need to lock the closer weights in the up position first. (lever on the door post mid hieght). Then carefully lower the door as you move it toward the post so that there is no tension ever put on the rope. You can then slide the knot out of it's keeper. Caution here, any tug of the rope will release the weight lock and drop the weight. Sometimes breaking the guide tube or rope. .To reinstall, first inspect the rope for fraying. then the copper tube that it goes thru for any build up. Also check the rollers for good bearings and no flat spots. Now check the bottom rail for dents, flat spots, and wear. Repair any deficiency. Now reverse the procedure. Rope, top track, bottom. slide fully open so that the weight drops.
Important; If you replace the rope, use chainsaw pull cord and a figure 8 knot for the ends. Not a overhand knot. Any other knot will either slip over time, not reach line strength, or not fit in the cavity for it correctly and abrade..The slot on the top of the door for the rope can be quite tight in some models.
So this TRUE MANUFACTURING COMPANY video might be close. I wasn't sure since I haven't fooled with glass doors the Beverage Air units much.

That's a great write-up, fixbear.
Thanks. But I forgot to mention that if your on a Hard floor like tile to bring a piece of carpet. When you lean the door against the box they like to kick out. Then the glass goes all over. And todays doors are triple glazed.
