This one is a bit wide. Not having a full model number. Not knowing your environmental conditions at the time makes me wonder. Ah well, let's see what we can do. Your machine has fuses on the supply, 2 high limit switches, a control cooling fan thermostat, and a control power circuit breaker. More than likely your control box temp limit opened because the cooling fan thermostat didn't start the cooling fan or the fan has a problem. It opens at 140F, so if your kitchen is close to 100F, it doesn't provide a lot of room for the components that are in the control box and make heat. . Basically check the safety temp limits and start from one end checking power till you find what is open. On rare occasions I have seen control transformer problems, Usually from a over-voltage situation.
