Can anyone help with finding a repair manual for Atosa
In the grand scheme of ANY reach-in refrigeration equipment manufacturer's provided literature, there's virtually NEVER a service/repair manual published. It's simply never written.
Repairs of such equipment pretty much relies on the tradesman (a qualified/certified refrigeration service technician) and their good standing with that manufacturer.
A measure of literature availability:
If you're need of a schematic, there should be one behind a panel somewhere on the equipment.
Since it has a Dixel temperature controller, this might help:
With all that said, I went to Atosa's website. They don't offer anything other that a specification sheet:
If you need something more, then contact them. They made it, so they should know:
Atosa is not a mainstream manufacturer in the U.S, so that might make things more challenging for getting repair resources. As a measure of that, even PartsTOWN only offers a pittance of repair parts.
So from THAT, I don't expect Atosa has much of a footprint in the U.S. market.
ECTOfix is right about all he said except the footprint.
Right now there aren’t any changes or major update to the prep tables.
ATOSA purchased their appliances from a Chinese MFG. The same MFG that provides to Migali and dozens of other companies. Prices are all similar and the model tag are printed from the same source. Model number and serial all follow the same formula to designate each brand.
I have not seen any parts fail with regularity on the prep tables.
2 Door reach ins are another story.
