How would I go about removing the shaft pully on cl50? I need to replace the bearing. Please and thankyou
The 75 tooth pulley is a taper lock. Proper way is to buy a puller, back up the shaft nut so there is a gap. Tighten the puller and provide a sharp rap to the jack screw.. Some minor heat may be needed due to the lock-tite.
I have a CL55 and if they are alike at all, its pretty easy. Pull the motor off, loosen the nut on the bottom of the shaft holding the pulley on, hit the shaft on the bottom where the threaded part is with the nut on, gently tap it. (you might have to rethread it when you are done) and it should come out. Then change the bearings and reinstall.

Or you could buy the cartidge kit with the shaft. Solves the seal groove problem as well. And don't forget the external snap ring pliers.
The only problem I ever had was pulling out the roller bearing if you have an inner bearing puller it makes it much easier.
You can buy cheap one from amazon,
