Additionally, I saw this chart which is for the detergent, but could also be for the rinse aid. It doesn't do a great job of specifying.

That is usually calibrated by your chemical provider. They have the proper test equipment for their particular chemicals. For food safety, you need your suppler to test and set up the pump for their chemicals. Wrong amounts both over and under are dangerous.
