Our Moffat Turbofan 31 oven is overheating. Any ideas why?
Yes. There's a failure within the electrical circuit which controls the temperature.
Since you didn't provide a model number and other pertinent information, that's all I can offer.
Kinda like telling a auto parts guy you need a part for your Ford Mustang. They will ask you what year-model, what size engine and other specific stuff...before they can help you.
With regards to your oven, I don't know what type of controls your specific oven has, what voltage it uses, how many amps it draws and (did I already mention?) other stuff.
Troubleshooting your oven is IMPOSSIBLE to do over the internet. I suggest that you call a service company to have a technician look at it.
