I did notice the rubber seal looked a little old and some grease had passed through but even after cleaning that well it has still turned the liquid content gray after being frozen awhile.
Thanks for the feedback. Commercial food equipment applications are vast and varied. There are literally ten's of thousands of different models of equipment out there made by hundreds of different manufacturers. So YES, our knowing the make, model and the equipment type is vital in order for us to be of any help to anyone.
